Consultation & Screening
Time: 2 Months

As part of our commitment to a safe and successful surrogacy experience for everyone involved, we incorporate both a medical and a psychological evaluation of our surrogates.

The medical evaluation will encompass a full physical examination, comprehensive bloodwork, and a uterine ultrasound. We will check for anything that may put the pregnancy and/or surrogate at risk.

During the psychological evaluation, a licensed psychologist will conduct an in-depth interview with the, exploring a variety of relevant topics. Our goal with this is to ensure the safety of the pregnancy, and safety of the surrogate. We will do a deep-dive into the surrogate's support system during this stage as well.

Surrogate Match
Time: 1 Month

We believe in finding a match that feels right for everyone involved. Using in-depth profiles for our Surrogates and Intended Parents, we work to create a community in which you can find the surrogate that best matches your goals and priorities. We do this to ensure the same is true for our surrogates, to ensure their Intended Parent aligns with their desires as well. We also use this as a means to help you connect with other Intended Parents who are going through a similar journey as your own, should you desire to do so.

Medical Procedures
& Legal Agreements
Time: 2-3 Months

During this time, your surrogate will begin her medical "cycle", which means that she will begin taking medicine to prepare her body for the embryo transfer. Your surrogate will be required to attend "monitoring appointments", where she will also go through bloodwork and ultrasounds to ensure she is fully prepared for the transfer.

This period of medication, vitamins, and monitoring appointments will typically last for 3 months. While your surrogate is going through this process, we will use this time to help guide you through the legal paperwork needed to establish parental rights, amongst other necessary documents and agreements.

Pregnancy & Birth
Time: 9 Months
  • First Trimester: Surrogate begins individualized care.
  • Second Trimester: Parental rights process begins.
  • Third Trimester: Hospital is contacted and informed of the surrogate pregnancy and parental rights.
  • Birth: Here at last!
