We have many requirements that you must meet in order to ensure your safety, and the safety of the baby you will be carrying. These guidelines are established in tandem with the medical professionals we work with to ensure we're able to offer you the best care possible.

Healthy Birth History
You must have given birth at least once, but not more than four times. All must have been without any complications.
Between 21-41 Years Old
While our age cap is technically 42, this is only possible if you'll give birth prior to turning 43.
BMI Below 32

Custody of Child
You must be in custody of, and actively raising, at least one child that you have given birth to.
U.S. Citizen
You must hold U.S. citizenship and be in possession of a valid government-issued ID.
2 C-Sections Max
We cannot accept individuals who have had 3 or more C-Sections.
