Surrogacy contracts are void in Arizona. While surrogacy is not prohibited, the lack of enforceable agreements creates significant legal complications.

No-So-Friendly

Surrogacy contracts are considered void or unenforceable in these states, though surrogacy journeys can still proceed with experienced legal guidance and careful planning.

Compensation Prohibited

These states either prohibit compensated surrogacy or present substantial barriers to establishing parental rights for Intended Parents. We do not operate within these states.

Restrictions Apply

While New York legalized gestational surrogacy, specific regulatory requirements make it challenging for out-of-state agencies to operate there. Due to this, we do not operate within New York.
