Our History
New Dawn Surrogacy is, at its heart, a family business. It's not just about building the families of others, but also about being co-founded by husbands Brandon Hovious and Tony Day, who bring over 20 years of combined surrogacy experience.
When we founded New Dawn Surrogacy over a decade ago, we did so with one clear mission: to ensure every person feels valued, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout their journey. We had personally witnessed the gaps in care, the impersonal treatment of parents and surrogates, and the families who fell through the cracks of larger agencies. As a couple navigating our own path to parenthood, we understood what it means to face non-traditional routes to building a family, and we took these industry shortcomings personally.
The result? An agency where families aren't case numbers and surrogates are treated with the appreciation and respect they deserve. Every parent and surrogate who works with us receives a level of dedicated, individualized care that larger agencies simply cannot provide. This isn't just our business model.
