Surrogacy in Kentucky
When speaking with our fellow Kentuckians, one question commonly comes up: "Is surrogacy legal in Kentucky?". We're here to answer that with a loud YES!
Traditional Surrogacy (where the surrogate uses her own eggs) is not allowed in Kentucky - nor would other situations in which a woman (in this case a surrogate) would be paid for being artificially inseminated and relinquishing her parental rights [KRS 199.590(4)].
As there are no other statutes prohibiting surrogacy, and as we at New Dawn Surrogacy only practice Gestational Surrogacy, we are happy to work with Surrogates and Intended Parents from around the Commonwealth!
